Okay, so I parked in the lot of Ambler Bingo to begin my exploration ride of the day… And, WTH?! There’s two oil pumpjacks in the parking lot, next to the old strip center where Ambler Bingo is!
The pumps are labeled “City of Abilene…” pump 1, 2, etc. Does the city own these?
